Workshop services
Standard Rates - $110 (customer will be contacted if service charges exceed $110.00)
Priority/Express Service - $50.00 surcharge
***A $25 call out fee if it is a no job

Phone support and Remote support
The first 10mins are on us.                                                                                              

Standard Rates - $50.00 per 1/2 hr (charged in 1/2 hour intervals) Credit Card details must be taken prior to commencement of remote support. Customer must have working internet and email to use this service.
***hourly rates capped after 3 hrs Max fee $300

Onsite services
Standard Rates - $110.00 1.5 hr then $55.00 per 1/2 hr (travel time will incur outsite 20km radius from CBD)
